Yesterday, January 24, 2010, Santee's APA Pool League lost one of it's BEST! He was the captain of his team and a top-notch friend to everyone on the league! George Smith, aka Mr. Charles, will be greatly missed around the pool tables and everywhere else! He had suffered a severe stroke about 3 weeks ago and had been hospitalized ever since. He passed at about 5:30 a.m. yesterday! For all of you in the APA that had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Mr. Charles, we were all blessed to have had the opportunity! God bless you, Mr. Charles, and may you rest in peace. [:(]
